Clinica Sierra Vista’s Health Insurance Assistance Program is embarking
upon new and exciting changes. Some of these changes include additional
eligibility screening and application assistance for our patients for
all programs they may qualify for. Patients on Sliding Fee will now receive
the Patient Assurance Cards.
The card guarantees patients the right to services at any Clinica Sierra
Vista Community Health Center, to include:
Primary and Preventive Healthcare
Dental
Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse
Pharmacy
Labs
X-Ray
Interpretation
